He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tyre Williams, Jr. and Blanche Bogan Williams; and his grandparents, Walter H. and Sally Pearl Bogan. He is survived by: his wife Iris Carnes Williams; his children, William Tyre "Billy" Williams, Jr. of Monroe and Janet Breeding (Wayne) of Rockingham; his sibling Lindy Cockman, Jr. (Claudia) of Rockingham, NC; his grandchildren, Lindsey Cunningham (Tyler) and Jonathan Daniels (Marlene); and his great grandchildren, McKinley, Cooper, Riley Breeding and Bill. He is also survived by his family, friends.
