She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Eugene Spake; her parents, Hollis Henderson and Ava Lou Hughey Henderson; her sons, Dennis Spake and Lannis Spake; and her brother Reverend Billy Henderson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dayna Ellis (Brad), Preston Spake (Heather), Chara Boozer (Chris) and Lanny Spake (Allison). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
