In loving memory of Brenda Bridges of Mooresboro, North Carolina, who departed this world on October 18, 2025 at the age of 77. Brenda leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lee and Corrine Putnam. She is survived by: her spouse Eddie W. Bridges; her daughters, Jessica Bridges Weaver (William) and Ginger Bridges Jackson (Andrew); her granddaughters, Euzelia "Zelee" Mae Jackson, Lily Katherine Bridges and Nora Lee Bridges; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Moore Putnam, Gwen Bridges Hamlet (Haywood), Joy Cooper Williams and Carol Bridges Terry (Cecil).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home and Crematory (106 Cherryville Rd, Shelby, NC 28150). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sandy Run Baptist Church (210 E Church St, Mooresboro, NC 28114).
