He was predeceased by: his mother Dollie Burena Scruggs. He is survived by: his wife Christie Skipper Scruggs; his sons, Reverend Dwayne Scruggs (Robin) of Forest City and Anthony Lee Scruggs (Ashley) of Forest City; and his grandsons, Andrew Scruggs (Grace) of Terry James and Bryson Noah Scruggs.
