Nancy L. Buckner Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy L. Buckner of Mooresboro, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 16, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Hettie Marlowe Hill; her husband Floyd Buckner; her grandson Jesse Lee Buckner; her great grandchild Ryan Scott Stafford; and her sister Hazel Godfrey.
She is survived by: her stepmother Annie Sue Hill; her children, Gerald Buckner of Dundee, FL, Wyman Buckner of Mooresboro, Velma Stafford (Roger) of Mt. Holly, Martha Greene (Larry) of Union Mills and Zelda Murray (Darryl) of Mooresboro; and her sisters, Bertie Wilson and Myra Moore (Roger) of Union Mills. She is also survived by Twelve grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
