He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Eli Toney and Frances Hamrick Toney; and his siblings, Danny Toney and Terry Toney. He is survived by: his children, Josh Toney (Brittany), Nathan Toney, Eil Toney (Holly), Elise Toney, Gabby Toney Robbins (Tyler) and Rozie Toney; his sister Karen Toney Hyder (Phillip); his niece Sherie Hyder; his grandchildren, Jaiden Toney, Brailey Henson, Zayne Henson, Dallas Shelton, Carly Toney, Colby Toney, Hayden Robbins, Adalyn Robbins, Ansley Robbins and Rylan Robbins; and his great grandchild Laylani Toney.
