She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Lewis and Jewel Marchand Summers; her daughter Karen Garner Martin (Curtis); her brother Donald L. Summers (Lois); and her husband Glenn Brown.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert Garner; her daughter Terry Garner Gilliland (Gene); her grandchildren, Kyle Gilliland (Lauren), Cody Gilliland (Kayla), Ethan Gilliland, Lee Spiva (Lisa), Andrew Spiva (Laura) and Nicole Harrison (Gerald); and her friend Marlyin Beaver. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
