He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Cummins and Thelma Cummins (Gardeski). He is survived by: his wife Loribeth Cummins; his children, Taylor Vinson (Matt), Chase Cummins and Dalton Cummins; his siblings, Jennifer DeSantis (Gerard), Janine Cummins and Bill Cummins (Maggy); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Snyder (Jim), Karen Zelus (Robert) and Michael Wilczek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
