He is survived by: his wife Betty Jenkins Gaddy; his son Terry Gaddy (Mary Ann); his grandson Eric Gaddy (Jessica); his great grandchild Michael Gaddy; his stepsons, Steve Burnett (Susan) and Ronnie Burnett (Gina); his stepgranddaughter Lauren Burnett; and his stepgreat-grandson Jake Hudson.
