He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Rose; his son David; and his siblings, Dick, Donna, Janice and David.

He is survived by: his daughter Melinda (Terry); his grandchildren, Jake and Kylie; his sister Joanne; his half-sister Karen; his sister-in-law Maureen; and his godson Jeff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with great-nieces and great-nephews.
