With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emory McLaurin of Mooresville, North Carolina, who passed away on February 14, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Ernest McLaurin and Charlene Harwell McLaurin; and his brother Larry McLaurin. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Brown McLaurin; his sons, Chad McLaurin, Joshua McLaurin (Shannon) and Patrick McLaurin; his sister Debbie Keener (David); his sister-in-law Crystal B. McLaurin; and his grandchildren, Sam, Ashleigh, Peyton, Naomi, Reya and Reese.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 150 S. Church St., Mooresville, NC 28115.
