He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Weeks Sr. and Elsie Cash Weeks; and his brother Tommy Weeks Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Caskaddon Weeks; his children, Brad Weeks (Rhonda) of Conover and Shannon Jordan (John) of Statesville; his grandchildren, Kayla Jordan (James), Krista Jordan of Palmetto, Kassidy Bright (Devan) of Avon Indiana and Kendall Weeks of Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Liam and Levi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Gordon Hospice House or Fern Hill Baptist Church.
