He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert T. Orth and Dixie Gregg Orth of Chicago, Illinois.. He is survived by: his wife Judith Lynn; his daughters, TorryLynn Revels (John) of Hays and Christen Orth Johnson (Roger) of Mooresville; and his grandson Brady.
