He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Virginia Jordan and Bob Glenn Benson; and his brothers, Bobby Benson, John Benson and Rickey Jordan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Stewart Benson; his children, Angela Benson Martin (Trey), Scott Benson and Julie Benson Davis (Joshua); his brother Timothy Jordan; and his grandchildren, Chandler, Landon Martin, Jakob and Kaylee Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, as well as innumerable friends.
