He was predeceased by: his parents, John Everett Raley and Wanda Ruth Owen Raley; and his cousin Linda McGan. He is survived by: his wife Robin; his brothers, Gary (Darlaine) of Arnold, MO and Jim (Carolyn) of Southfield, MI; and his cousin David McGan (Mary Jane) of Corydon, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew, great nieces and great nephews.
A reception will be held on Saturday, February 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home (494 E Plaza Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115).
