He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sons, Eric (Kathy), Matt (Meghan), Tim and Patrick; his grandchildren, Emily, Annika and Miles; and his siblings, Jane Davitt (Pat), Nancy Troester (Craig) and Bill Irwin. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
