He was predeceased by: his parents, Derwood Quade and Dorothy Quade; his daughter Stacie Daughenbaugh; and his granddaughter Charleston Knox. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Quade; his daughters, Leslie Quade and Jennifer Quade Knox (Jason); his brother Mark Quade (Kathy); his uncle Steve Quade; his aunt Rita Quade; his grandchildren, Emily Daughenbaugh, Joseph Daughenbaugh, Matthew Zimprich, Abigail Zimprich, Jackson Zimprich, Wyatt Knox and Holden Knox; and his cousin Robert Locke (Susan).
