She was predeceased by : her parents, James Giblin and Mary McGovern Byrne Giblin; her children, Andrew and Alexandra; and her brother Eric Giblin.

She is survived by : her husband Philipp Bischoff; her children, Philipp James Bischoff (Dawn Beatty) of Stallings and Rosemary Blocher of Mooresville; her sister Rose Wilkie of Scotland; and her grandchildren, Alexandra Bischoff, Philipp John Bischoff (Natasha Engineer), Andrew Blocher (Amber Holt), Iain Blocher, Robert Blocher and Catherine Rose Blocher.
