He is survived by: his wife Patty Johnson Bentley; his children, Micheal L. Bentley, Jr. and Kimberly Lloyd; his brother Terry Bentley; his grandchildren, Danielle Russ, Amber Russ Bell (Patrick) and Maxx Witt; and his great grandchildren, Mason Michael Russ, Conrad Bell and Riley Witt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
