It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Mitchell Karriker of Mooresville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 12, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Mitchell and Eva Smith Karriker; and his sister Joanne Karriker Latham. He is survived by: his children, Coyt M. Karriker and Teresa Karriker Kelly; and his grandchildren, Sydney Kelly, Tyler Karriker, Scotland Karriker and Catlin Jo Flemming. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
