She was predeceased by: her parents, James Isaiah "Ike" Stradley and Byrd Ruark Stradley Matthews; her husbands, Dean Phillips and Thomas Moore Sr.; and her siblings, Oscar, Curtis, Ray Stradley and Francis Reid.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Phillips and Kelly Phillips (Camille); her grandchildren, Jessica (Shane), Jason (Star), Stone (Megan) and Slade; her great grandchildren, Seth and Joanna; and her sister Phyllis Stradley Travis.
