He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Church and Etta Church; and his brother Willard Edward Church. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Church; his children, David (Amber) of Cleveland and Gale Fox (Larry) of Mooresville; his siblings, Walter "Pep" Church, Mary Kistler, Martha Gardner and Dorothy Morrow; his grandchildren, Melodie Smith (Clint), Amanda Riter (Matt), Amy Canoy (Junior) and Timothy Fox (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Nealy, Coy, Kaylah, Mason, Emigale, Katie, Ethan, Carson and Wyatt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
