He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Brantley II and Jeanette Rich; and his brother Jason Bradford Brantley. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Eric Cook of Longview, TX, Chris Brantley of Phoenix, AZ and Chip Brantley of Virginia Beach, VA; his children, Samuel Jacob Brantley of Woodleaf, Jonathan Butler of Lexington and Meghan Hannah of Greensboro; and his granddaughter Thea Zuccaro of Greensboro.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mooresville Freewill Baptist (17607 Mooresville Rd, Mooresville, NC 28115). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
