She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas N. Deaton (Mildred Rawls Deaton) and Goldsboro; her husband Sidney Carrick Gambill (Rick); and her sister Janice. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Pop, Havanese and Bella; her sons, Sidney Todd (Jeannie) and Robert Scott (Kerri); her grandchildren, Carrick, Embree, Avery, Anna, Reeves, Sawyer and Brice; and her siblings, Quita (Frank) and Tom (Sandy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
