He was predeceased by: his parents, Clive Pardew and Betty Pardew. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Shinn Pardew; his daughters, Amy Smith (Tim), Abby Ott (Daniel) and Anna Whisenant (Kyle); his grandchildren, Tanner Smith, Landis Smith, Benjamin Ott, Myers Ott, Ava Whisenant, Nora Jane Ott and Maisie Whisenant; his sister Linda Shouse (Jerry); and his brother-in-law Terry Shinn (Cyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Vanderburg Methodist Church (1809 Charlotte Hwy, Mooresville, NC 28115). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Vanderburg Methodist Church Cemetery (1809 Charlotte Hwy, Mooresville, NC 28115).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vanderburg Methodist Church (1809 Charlotte Hwy, Mooresville 28115) or Lake Norman Humane Society (2106 Charlotte Hwy, Mooresville 28117).
