He is survived by: his wife Ruby Doby Bingham; his children, Patricia Byrd (Tommy) and Michael Bingham (Danielle); his sister Cheryl Lomax (Jay); his grandchildren, Brittany Risner (Chris), Bradley Byrd (Colleen), Tyler Crabb (Chloe), Ian Bingham, Ally Bingham and Emma Bingham; his great grandchildren, Dom Fooce, Braxton Risner, Elliott Risner, Amarah Risner and Daniel Byrd; and his sibling's children, Debra Lomax, Chris Bingham and Brian Bingham.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (1084 Rainbow Rd, Advance, NC 27006). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery (1084 Rainbow Rd, Advance, NC 27006).
