It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie Ferguson of Moravian Falls, North Carolina, who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Ferguson and Pauline Starnes Ferguson; his daughter Tracy Lynn Ferguson; his grandson Billy Ferguson; and his brothers, Dale Ferguson and Greg Ferguson.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Steele Ferguson; his grandchildren, Corey Ferguson, Brandy Cutshaw and Travis Cutshaw; his great grandchildren, Camden Ferguson and Jacob Mason; and his siblings, Judy Yount of Granite Falls, Benny Ferguson (Judy) of Hudson, Charles Ferguson (JoAnn) of Boomer and Mike Ferguson of Boomer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
