He was predeceased by: his mother Winnie Howell Church; and his brother Lonnie Dean Howell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Louise Church; his children, Loretta Cleary (Steven) of North Wilkesboro, Angela Norman (Bobby John) of Winston-Salem, Tommy Call of Wilkesboro, Howard Call of Millers Creek and Jason Call (Julie) of Wilkesboro; and his brothers, Duane Alfred Church (Willa Dean) of Purlear, Bruce Brance Church of Roaring River and Randy Lee Howell (Kathy) of Roaring River. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
