He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Liz Eller Price; and his son Michael Elledge (Lisa) of Wilkesboro. He is survived by: his children, Connie Wiliams (Steve) of McGregor, TX, Dianne Price of Moravian Falls, Sheila Broyhill (Tim) of North Wilkesboro, Melinda Disharoon (Donnie) of Costa Rica, James L. Price of Moravian Falls, Kenneth C. Price of Greensboro and Terry Elledge (Angie) of Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Sherman Price, Christopher Miller, Thomas Miller, Jessica Miller, Chase Williams, Amanda Summerlin, Jamie Triplett, Kayla Disharoon, Timothy Elledge, Brittany Hawkins, Kirsten Elledge and Harper Teague; his daughter-in-law Lisa Elledge; and his close friend Lynette Call. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
