Sally Moore Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Moore of Moravian Falls, North Carolina, who passed away on June 18, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Jehu and Zella Tevepaugh Hendren; her husband Tommy Barnette Moore; and her siblings, JoAnn Powers, Martha Childers, Janice Reed, Gladys Campbell, Betty Rufty, Donald Hendren, Lowell Hendren, Mac Hendren, John Hendren and James Hendren.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Adams (Vincent) of Moravian Falls and Jeffrey Moore of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Wesley Adams (Wynette), Andrew Adams, Chad Moore and Autumn Adams; and her siblings, Libby Oliver, William Hendren and Roger Hendren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery - Moravian Falls (7930 Brushy Mountain Rd, Moravian Falls, NC 28654). A reception will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bethany Baptist Church - Moravian Falls (7930 Brushy Mountain Rd, Moravian Falls, NC 28654).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brushy Mountain Volunteer Fire Department, 7990 Brushy Mountain Road, Moravian Falls, NC 28654 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
