He is survived by: his sons, Samual Bays Mills, Jr. (Kayla) of North Wilkesboro and Emerson Mills (Jessica) of Moravian Falls; his grandchildren, Khloe, Swanson, Samuel and Kayden; and his siblings, Kitty Mills of Christiansburg, VA, Will Mills of North Wilkesboro, Jim Mills (Talitha) of North Wilkesboro and E. J. Mills (Lynn) of Pilot Mtn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
