He is survived by: his mother Martha Williams Dillard (James); his wife Paula Williams; his daughter Deanna Williams of Boomer; his siblings, Tina Bell (Bobby) of Yadkinville and Tim Williams (Anita) of Boomer; his grandchildren, Abel J. Pennell and Ava Pennell; and his stepson Dalton Eller of Moravian Falls.
