She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Edward Williams; her children, Herbert Edward Williams Jr. and Ruthie Ann Williams; and her grandson Scott Edward Paul. She is survived by: her children, Edward Allen Williams (Julie) of Pinehurst, NC, George Randy Williams and Pamela Jean Williams (Felipe Gutierrez) of Newport, NC. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren; and eleven great-great grandchildren.
