She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Loftin and Susan Loftin; her husband Tommie Fulcher; her siblings, Dorothy Puffinburger, Carol Shaw and Eugene Loftin; her daughters, Beverly Tomcany, Brenda Spruill and Betty Geiges; her granddaughter Courtney West; her great grandchild Jordon Hall; her former husband Bill Lewis; and her son-in-law Kevin Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Lewis (Pat), Clyde Lewis, Bonnie Narron (John), Pam Brooks and Barbie Smith (John); her grandchildren, Michael Tomcany (Brandy), Mark Tomcany (Christina), Larry T. Lewis (Stephanie), Leigh Ann Gray (Bryan), Katie Spruill (JR), Christopher Spruill, Amanda Starling (Van), Andrea Winters, Jason Barbour (Edye), Trey Lawrence (Sarah), Meredith Chisenhall (Lonnie), Trent Brooks (Kristen), Morgan Whaley (Shane), Lauren Beil (Josh), Lathan Smith (Kearstyn), Amanda Jenkins and Justin Narron (Amy); and her great grandchildren, Sam, Harper, Ona Tomcany, Emmy, Lila Kate, Chloe Lewis, Landon, Lane Gray, Lilly, Illa, Allie Starling, Julianne, Hailey, Timmy Winters, Cutter, Cannon, Loftin Chisenhall, Brooklynne, Blythe Whaley, Jack, Claire Beil, Ryan, Cameron Pritchett, Emme McKelvey, Bella Jenkins, Mya, Maggie, Molly and Oliver Narron.
