He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Rambo Patrick; his daughters, Patti Patrick of Morehead City, NC, Jodi Cordova (Donald) of Morehead City, NC and Kelly Marek (Kyle) of Morehead City, NC; his brother Walter "Rusty" Patrick Jr. of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Brooke McIntosh (Kevin) of Beaufort, NC, Amy Gomola (Stephen) of Morehead City, NC, Klint Marek of Morehead City, NC and Kamdyn Marek of Morehead City, NC; and his great grandchildren, Laney McIntosh and Landon McIntosh.
