He is survived by: his son Travis Garner (Nikki) of Amsterdam, NY; his sister Mary Garner Innis (David) of Newport, NC; his close friend Angela Arnold of Mill Creek, NC; his grandchildren, Daniel Floyd, Kaylee Floyd, Madison Garner and Emily Garner; and his nieces and nephews, Garo Eubanks (Alicia) of Newport, NC, Chris Garner of Merrimon, NC, Larry Garner (Griffin) of Merrimon, NC, Alan Willis (Carole) of Morehead City, Erika West (Brandon) of Nelson, PA and Jessika Stumbo (Adam) of Hampstead, NC.
