He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron "Moon" H. Ennis D. D. S. and Mattie JoAnne Ennis. He is survived by: his wife Teresa T. Ennis; his children, David F. Ennis Jr. (Pamela E. Ennis) and Ashley M. Harrison (H. James Harrison); his grandchildren, Noel E. Ennis, Channing J. Harrison, Sutton D. Harrison and Hudson G. Harrison; and his brother Ronald R. Ennis (Debra S. Ennis).
