She was predeceased by: her husband John Phillips Jr.; her parents, Rufus Clark and Stella Dixon Clark; her brothers, John Clark and David Clark; and her pets, Chip and Toby.
She is survived by: her children, Dottie Ruggles, Allen Phillips (Shari) and Terry Phillips (Patty); her grandchildren, Jimmy, T. J., Ashlee, Trisha, Amanda, Staci and Allen Jr.; and her pet Tico. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sayland Funeral Home (703 Mattocks Ave, Maysville, NC 28555). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Piney Grove Baptist Cemetery (212 Piney Grove Church Rd, Swansboro, NC 28584).
