For Evelyn is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Carter and Janie Carter; and her siblings, Josh, John Carter and Annie Carter.
She is survived by: her niece Haleigh Jones of Morehead City; and her nephews, Quincy Jones of Morehead City and Henry Carter Elbay of Morehead City. She is also survived by her 12 great nieces and nephews.
