He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Rice and Theodore Rice; and his brothers, Scott and Ted Rice. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rice; his son Jon Rice (Ashley) of Durham, NC; and his grandson Kingston of Durham, NC..
