She was predeceased by: her husband Ben Carter; her parents, Josh Alden Foy Sr. and Helen Kent Foy; her sisters, Bertha Foy Williams and Irene Foy Turnage; her daughter Dawn Clow; and her stepsons, Timmy Carter and Brian Carter.
She is survived by: her brother Alden Kent Foy; her sons, Richard Beacham and Don Carter; and her stepdaughter Celeste Kenney. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gethsemane Memorial Cemetery.
