It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marva Lou Reid Williard in Morehead City, North Carolina, who passed away on January 20, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Marva may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marva touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Land Reid and Robert Reid; her sister Judi Beroth; her niece Kristy Beroth; and her cousin Henry Land.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Williard; her son Christopher Todd Williard; her brother-in-law George Beroth; and her nephew Kevin Beroth.
