She is survived by: her children, John Curtis Lancaster (Jackie) of Morehead City, NC, Jacqueline Lancaster McClanahan of Morehead City, NC and Robert Lancaster (Dega) of Morehead City, NC; her grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Janning (Will) of Morehead City, NC, Michael McClanahan of Morehead City, NC and Mason Lancaster of Morehead City, NC; and her great grandchild Eliza Janning of Morehead City, NC. She is also survived by other nephews and nieces.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (900 Arendell St, Morehead City, NC 28557). Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Atlantic Community Cemetery.
