He is survived by: his wife Dolly Riggs; his children, Glenda Jackson (Mike) of Leland, NC, Glen Riggs (Angie) of Newport and Gary Riggs of Newport; his grandsons, Timmy Riggs of Newport and Matt Riggs (Savannah Lilly) of Newport; and his siblings, Gene Riggs of Newport, Carolyn King of Emerald Isle, Travis Riggs of Hubert, Sherrel Riggs of Swansboro and Ted Riggs of Wilmington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
