Phillips Jr. of Morehead City, North Carolina, born in High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillips Sr. Phillips and Geneva Phillips; and his wife Alice Elizabeth Phillips.
