She was predeceased by: her parents, Vertie Burch New and George Burch; her husband James Blackburn; and her siblings, Mollie Sneed, Sneed, Linda Haney and Burch.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Scheibler; her son-in-law Paul Scheibler; her daughter Jana Evanger; her son-in-law Sam Evanger; her grandson Jonathan Scheibler (Allison Scheibler); her great grandchildren, Levi and Oliver Scheibler; and her granddaughters, Kendra Evanger and Shelby James Evanger.
