He is survived by: his wife Grace Kelly Webb; his children, Kelly Woolard (Phil) of Morehead City, NC and Thomas Scott "Scotty" Webb Jr. (Mary Hamilton Webb) of Newport, NC; his siblings, Mary Webb Shenofsky (Jerry) of Temperance, MI and Bobby Webb of Morehead City, NC; his grandchildren, Charles Scott Webb, Stefany Boyd (Kyle) and Thomas Michael Webb; his great grandchildren, Kailyn Boyd, Brantley Boyd, Stella Webb and Kaizen Webb; and his close friend James Core. He is also survived by several loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
