She was predeceased by : her parents, Horace Wilson and Earge Effler Wilson; and her brother Roby Wilson. She is survived by : her husband R. G. Clontz; her sons, Brandon Clontz (Jamie) and Casey Clontz (Amber); her grandchildren, Andi, Cade, Kadence, Braylen and Arden Clontz; and her sister Jeanette Leak. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to VIA Health Partners Hospice.
