The memory of Frank Juliano Jr. of Morganton, North Carolina, who passed away on October 9, 2025 at the age of 69, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Frank may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frank touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Juliano Sr. and Anne J. DePalma of New Haven; his brother Michael Juliano; and his stepparents, Mike DePalma and Laura Juliano.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hine Juliano of Morganton; and his brother James P. Juliano (Sally) of Avon.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the West Haven Funeral Home (662 Savin Ave, West Haven, CT 06516). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Of St. John Xxiii Parish (300 Captain Thomas Blvd, West Haven, CT 06516).
