He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taft Clark and Fannie Brittain Clark; his daughter Shayne Renee Clark; and his siblings, Jessie Arney, Wilma Clark, Festus Bollinger, Sanford Clark and Raymond Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Molinda Leatherman Clark; his children, Michael Clark (Katrina) of Morganton, Adam Cox (Rhonda) of Valdese, Joseph Leatherman (Donette) of Drexel and Shannon Mendoza; his siblings, Taft Clark Jr., Linda SMith of Morganton and Reba Blankenship of Morganton; his grandchildren, Destiny (Austin Macintosh), Steven Mendoza, Konner (Dakota Clark) and Ali (Ryley Epperson); and his great grandchildren, Star Macies and Faith Macies.
